ELDORA – Rural Eldora area resident Donna Juber attended the June 30 Hardin County Board of Supervisors meeting and questioned the rules surrounding mowing and baling ditches in the county. She said people can obtain permits to mow, but some people may be mowing without a permit.
“Rules that basically mean nothing,” Juber said. “I think we need to have a discussion on that.”
