Detective Sgt. Jon Kadner, 40, was handed a cold case in 2012, and on June 8, he held a news conference in Great Falls, Mont., announcing the case was solved.
Kadner, a 1999 graduate from Eldora-New Providence High School (now South Hardin High School), spent four years in the military before beginning his tenure at the Sheriff’s Office in Great Falls. “I moved to Montana in 2003 and started with the Sheriff's Office when I got out here,” he said.
