ELDORA - Economic Development Director Angela De La Riva, along with Hardin County Supervisor BJ Hoffman held a public forum via Zoom the evening of May 24 to discuss a new ATV/UTV ordinance for the communities in Hardin County.
De La Riva had checked in with mayors of area towns to get their input, and Ackley, Iowa Falls, Alden, Hubbard, Radcliffe and Whitten were all in favor of the ordinance. Steamboat Rock, New Providence and Union were against it, while Buckeye, Eldora and Owasa had yet to give a response.
