ELDORA – Wendy Bradley moved to Iowa from Princeton, Mo., in 2012 and had spent many years as an HR director in the agricultural industry in both Missouri and Iowa before deciding it was time for a career change. “I was getting my hair cut at a friend’s house, and I said I always wanted to open a coffee shop,” Bradley recalled, so she decided to act, looking around at different communities before purchasing the building at 1210 12th St., where the old Fireside Coffeehouse used to be.
