The first baby of the New Year finally arrived at 3:37 p.m. Feb. 9 to proud parents Ben and Amanda Humphrey of Eldora. Baby Korbyn Benjamin weighed in at 8 pounds even and was 19 inches long.
Baby Korbyn was welcomed into the world at Mary Greeley in Ames and spent a few days at the hospital before he came home, healthy and happy, to his awaiting siblings, brother, Talan, 14, and sisters Kendall, 10 and Taytum, 8.
