ELDORA - The date for a public hearing for the appointment of an Eldora City Council member has been set for March 9, 2021. With Aaron Budweg’s resignation - to take on the role of city administrator - there is an opening to be filled. The council will appoint an individual to fill the remaining term ending Dec. 31, 2021. The city electors have the right to file a petition within 14 days of the appointment requiring the vacancy to be filled by special election.
