ACKLEY – The AGWSR wrestling program entered their home triangular with a streak of six straight winning duals. That came to an end against Wapsie Valley on December 22. The night was capped off with a dominant win over Aplington-Parkersburg/Grundy Center to start a new streak going into the winter break.
The first dual of the night against the Warriors had highs and lows for the Cougars. AGWSR tallied four falls and won two matches via forfeit but finished just shy of the Warriors.
