CONRAD – The night began with a rival dual, which went the distance, followed by some highs and lows for Storm wrestling. In all, they faced three squads, were edged out by AGWSR, beat Tripoli and lost to Sigourney on December 17.
“We got a lot more match wins recently than forfeits,” Storm coach Mike Olson said. “It didn’t fall quite right against Ackley; it would’ve been nice to sneak that one out. We had some illness hurt us with kids missing at 106 and 113, though I’m not sure that would’ve changed anything. We put out who we got.”
