ELDORA - County Engineer Taylor Roll spoke to the Hardin County Board of Supervisors at their Dec. 9 meeting about road conditions, and people calling the sheriff if they felt a road was icy or needed attention.
“I’m trying to cut off as many phone calls as I can,” Roll began. “Like the Sheriff’s Department got one the other morning because somebody wanted to let them know it was icy. I’m going to explain our process to people… I’m not saying you don’t have to call the sheriff, but we should be on top of it.”
