ELDORA – State Auditor Rob Sand recently conducted an investigation of selected financial transactions made by Julie Towne, former administrator of Greenbelt Home Care, according to a GHC statement released Oct. 29. The transactions in question were made between July 1, 2016, and April 30, 2019, and Hardin County Attorney Darrell Meyer requested this investigation after the Greenbelt Home Care Board of Directors terminated Towne on April 16, 2019.
