EAGLE GROVE – South Hardin concluded their season running on the Country Club course in Eagle Grove on Oct. 22. In addition to running against some of the best in the region, the Tigers also had to battle the cold, drizzle and windy conditions.
Carter Kolthoff nearly qualified for State but ended up finishing in 19th place, four spots off of advancing, running a time of 18:31.65. For much of the race, Colten McDonald followed closely behind and finished second for the Tigers in 47th at the 19:40.60 mark. Kael Carr was next to finish in 54th with a time of 19:57.32.
