OGDEN – A back and forth battle didn’t end in BCLUW’s favor when they traveled to Ogden on Oct. 16 for the first round of the playoffs. The Bulldogs (4-2) scored late and held off the Comets (1-7) charge to end their season.
“If you’re going to look at one game that we played, such as this one, that’s our whole season. We’ve been close, but haven’t been enough,” BCLUW coach Dustin Grothoff said. “This was kind of a story-book ending of our season. We played with incredible effort, but we need to start doing the little things right all four quarters.”
