RADCLIFFE – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue, along with Gov. Kim Reynolds, Sen. Joni Ernst and Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig made a stop at the farm of Radcliffe resident Heath Stolee on Sept. 3. The visit was part of the Clean Water in Iowa Starts Here Tour and the leaders participated in a field day, sponsored by Iowa Corn, to learn about the nutrient-reduction wetland installed on Stolee’s farm. His farm is one of 41 conservation wetlands that are currently under development in Iowa.
