ELDORA – Justin Weber had already filled the back of his pickup, as well as a trailer full of supplies, and delivered donated items to the Salvation Army in Cedar Rapids a few weeks ago. These items were intended for victims of the Aug. 10 derecho. On Wednesday last week, he was collecting more non-perishables to deliver to the Salvation Army for storm victims in Marshalltown.
