ELDORA – The Hardin County Republican Party hosted their annual sweet corn feed Aug. 7 at The Shed, 1813 Third St. Place in Eldora. In attendance were Sen. Joni Ernst; Randy Feenstra, candidate for the U.S. Congress Iowa’s 4th District; Pat Grassley, Speaker of the Iowa House and Representative, District 50; Dave Deyoe, Representative, Iowa House District 49; BJ Hoffman, Hardin County Supervisor; and Dave McDaniel, Hardin County Sheriff.
Sen. Joni Ernst expressed her excitement for the upcoming election. “Oh my gosh,” she said. “I’m just glad to be out and about meeting people.”
