ELDORA – With school boards across central Iowa trying to piece together a safe new school year for students and teachers alike, one thing looks certain -PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be the norm.
South Hardin Superintendent Dr. Adam Zellmer said, “We are in a purchasing consortium and will have access to face shields, cloth masks and portable desk shields. We have not made a final decision on whether or not PPE will be required or encouraged, or optional.” A special meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 4 is planned to discuss those decisions.
