Patrick Allen Hallett

Patrick Allen Hallett, 53, passed away on June 30, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021, at the family farm in Gifford, Iowa, with refreshments being served.

Patrick was born on Aug. 25, 1967, in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Allen Hallett and Linda (Jones) Hallett. He grew up in Gifford, Iowa, where he lived all of his life. Patrick graduated from Eldora-New Providence High School. He was a member of the Gifford Methodist Church. Growing up, Patrick always wanted to be outside which carried over into his adult life where he would find pleasure in just mowing the lawn.

Patrick enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, but especially loved spending time with his granddaughter, Paisley, who was the apple of his eye, and he would have given her the world if he could’ve. He was known for being the guy you could always count on and would help wherever he was needed, from doing remodeling work, to painting, to vehicle repairs.

Those left to cherish his loving memories are his mother, Linda Hallett of Union, Iowa; son, Trenton Hallett; daughter, Kayla Hallett of Nashua, Iowa; granddaughter, Paisley of Nashua, Iowa; brothers, Mark (Donna) Hallett of North Liberty, Iowa, and Brent (Jamie) Hallett of Eldora, Iowa; grandmother, Beverly Rosburg of Eldora, Iowa; nieces and nephews, Dillion, Chandler, Megan, Emma and Tyler. Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Allen Hallett; grandparents, George and Ruby Hallett and Harold Rosburg.
