Bernice Penning, 86, of Hubbard, passed away Oct. 20 20, 2024 at the Hubbard Care Center in Hubbard. Visitation was set for Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. at St. John Evangelical Church in Hubbard with service Friday, Nov. 1 at 10:30 a.m. and burial in the Hubbard Cemetery.
