Before you buy, go to school

HARDIN COUNTY – Each generation has a tendency to learn a shared lesson. And for the generation that was out house hunting in the first years of the 21st Century, the lesson has been hard to get over.

   That tidal wave of mortgage problems now a decade ago clobbered the construction industry and left millions of buyers shell shocked – facing wholesale declines in  property values. 

One part of the lesson had been that many people were ill-schooled in even the basics of home buying.
