William T. “Bill” Bruner, 92, of Eldora, passed away on September 12, 2019, at Parker Place Retirement Community in Parkersburg. Per Bill’s request, there will be no formal services held. Abels Funeral and Cremation Service, Creps-Chapel is taking care of Bill and his family.
