STS honors the boss

ELDORA – The State Training School hosted the boss last week.
    Department of Human Services Director, of as many years as most people can remember, Chuck Palmer, is retiring.
    Part of his portfolio of responsibilities has been the State Training School. (Read the rest in the Tuesday Ledger)
