Special feature of first baby contest is back for 2020

ELDORA – For the second year running, the Eldora Lions, Rotary and Kiwanis are teaming up to deliver a special gift to the family of the first baby born locally in 2020.

The Owlet baby monitor is back on the 2020 gift list.
