South Hardin volleyball improving

ELDORA- From the first day of pre-season practice to the season ending post-season loss, South Hardin volleyball head coach Greg Salvo saw improvement in the Tigers.

While the Tigers showed growth, it struggled to produce in the win-loss column. South Hardin posted a 6-21 match mark to finish in single digits with wins for a fifth consecutive fall. The win count was five a year ago and before that eight, six and eight.

“Overall our skill development of the team was good from the start of the season to the end, but now we have to focus on taking that next step,” said Salvo. “We have to be able to take our game out to the court in matches and compete. We have to have the confidence.”
