South Hardin falls to A-P on Homecoming

   ELDORA- A Homecoming inspired effort made the South Hardin football team competitive here Friday.

   But in the end the Tigers were tagged with a loss to state-ranked Aplington-Parkersburg, 32-13 during Class 2A, District 3 play.

   South Hardin battled back from a 12-0 deficit to trail 12-7 at halftime and was still down 12-7 through three. The 10th-ranked Falcons then tallied an unanswered 20 points in a span of four-minutes and 20-seconds in the fourth and built a commanding 32-7 advantage.
