ELDORA – The P.E.O. STAR Scholarship is a prestigious $2,500 award based on excellence in leadership, extracurricular activities, community service, academics, and potential for future success. The scholarship is open to any graduating high school senior, who is a young woman and a resident of the United States or Canada.
