EW PROVIDENCE – Family-friendly fun – much of it free – will fill the New Providence Heritage Festival on June 23 and 24th.  The activities begin on Friday afternoon with bike decorating in preparation for Saturday’s parade.  (Read the ret in the Tuesday Ledger)
