Memorial Day service canceled in Steamboat Rock

This is just to let you know that because of the Covid-19 pandemic there will be no Memorial Day Service at Steamboat Rock.

However, there is, on the Steamboat Rock website (http://www.steamboatrockiowa.com/), a special presentation for Memorial Day. The presentation includes a Memorial Day meditation, a very special Memorial Day song by Twila Paris on YouTube and presentation of photos of the Steamboat Rock Cemetery including our new Veteran Monument and renewed Veteran Memorial. We hope this will be a blessing to these who are struggling through this difficult time. And may we remember those who have gone before us.
