Land values continue slight downward trend

HARDIN COUNTY – It is agriculture week and this paper puts a focus on agriculture issues and news here in Hardin County from the last year.

  A little bit of immediate news came out last week as The REALTORS® Land Institute - Iowa Chapter announced the results of their March 2019 Land Price Trends and Values Survey. The trend in land values continued to be slightly negative.
