The harvest is in

HARDIN COUNTY – The early returns are in on the biggest economic story every year in Hardin County – and they are mixed.

The corn and the bean crop both appeared to have been bigger than a lot of observers were predicting only a few weeks back, but it is important to note the goal for many farmers in the county, this year,  remains to “break even.” (Read it all in the Friday Index)
