Eldora manager quits

ELDORA – Eldora city manager Dave Mitchell is resigning his post, citing unresolved grievances with a council member.

Mitchell had been involved in municipal affairs for several years. He had served on the city council, and quit to take the manager post almost two years ago when the prior manager was effectively dismissed.

Mitchell was hired in November of 2017.
