David Benjamin Topp, 93, of Radcliffe, IA, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019 at Bethany Life Communities in Story City, IA. Funeral service for David Topp was held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 21 at the St. John's United Methodist Church in Radcliffe. Burial followed in the Sherman Township Cemetery rural Hubbard. The family received friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20 at the St. John's United Methodist Church in Radcliffe. Boeke Funeral Home of Radcliffe cared for David and his family.
