Cougars snap skid to G-R

ACKLEY- A long awaited victory was captured by the AGWSR boys’ basketball team here Tuesday.

The Cougars snapped a 14-game losing skid to Gladbrook-Reinbeck, beating the Rebels, 60-37 during North Iowa Cedar league West Conference play.

The state-ranked AGWSR girls pulled away late and started the sweep with a 58-37 victory over G-R in the opener.
