Civil judgment of $10 million

HARDIN COUNTY -– A Hardin County Alden area man who admitted in Hardin C ounty District Court to molesting his granddaughter was ordered to pay a ten million dollar civil judgment to the child’s mother after having received five years probation in the criminal court nearly a year ago. That according to media reports this week.
