City Hall surprise reverberates

ELDORA – As of press time Wednesday, City Manager Dave Mitchell’s resignation was a question mark.

City Mayor, Dave Dunn, said he hoped it might not become final. The city council was due to meet Wednesday night on the development.

Dunn said he was saddened to learn that Mitchell will be leaving in a matter of a few days. Mitchell’s been at the city helm for a couple of years and involved in city affairs as a councilman for much longer.
