Carter Kolthoff on to state

HUXLEY- The stellar sophomore campaign continued for Carter Kolthoff of the South Hardin-BCLUW wrestling team during a Class 2A district meet here Saturday.

Kolthoff added state tournament qualifier to his impressive resume, capturing a district title. The seventh-ranked at 106-pounds Kolthoff combined a pin in the semi-finals with a decision in the championship match.

Kolthoff first booked a second period pinned over Peyton Nixon (38-10) of Woodward-Granger in 3:39, and then for a second straight Saturday defeated Nevada’s Drew Robinson (32-6), winning 6-3.
